4.3 Circulating Tokens (MMI)

MMI is the core circulation token in the MM ecosystem and is widely used in transactions, rewards and value transfer. Users can obtain MMI through MP redemption or through market transactions.

  • Attributes: ERC-20 standard token

  • Core functions:

  1. Casting veMMI: Users can generate veMMI by locking MMI to obtain governance and profit bonus rights.

  2. Ecological incentives: MMI is the main reward token, used to incentivize users to participate in tasks, provide resources or promote ecological development.

4.3.1 Total quantity and allocation

The total supply of MMI is set to 1 billion pieces, and there will never be additional issuance. This fixed total design is designed to control inflation and ensure the scarcity and long-term value of tokens. The initial allocation of MMI is as follows:

  • Ecological incentives (70%, 700 million): used to reward users to participate in tasks, develop digital people, provide computing power, etc., which is the main driving force for ecological development.

  • Team and consultants (5%, 50 million): Allocated to core teams and consultants, with lock-in period (3 years linear unlocking) to inspire long-term contribution.

  • Community Governance (5%, 50 million): used to support DAO funds and community proposals, and promote decentralized governance and innovation.

  • Funding and public offering (15%, 150 million): through financing activities to early stage investors and strategic partners to support the launch and development of the platform.

  • Airdrop and marketing (5%, 50 million): used for user acquisition, marketing and early stage airdrops to expand ecological influence.

4.3.2 Output method

The output of MMI is achieved through the following channels:

  1. Task reward: Users complete tasks in the web3 task system and directly receive MMI rewards.

  2. MP redemption: MP redemption MMI obtained by the user through digital person output or task.

  3. Computing power contribution: Users provide computing power support (such as running nodes and participating in computing tasks) to receive MMI rewards (see the Computing Power Concepts section for details).

  4. Ecological cooperation: Carry out activities with external partners, and users can participate in activities to obtain MMI.

4.3.3 Destroy the model

In order to control the flow of MMI and improve its scarcity, the following destruction mechanism is designed:

  1. Transaction fee destruction: Some of the fees generated by MMI transactions (such as buying, selling, and redemption) in the system will be used to repurchase and destroy MMI.

  2. Digital person development and destruction: When a user develops a digital person, some of them will be permanently destroyed.

  3. Governance cost destruction: Participating in governance voting may require a small amount of MMI as a fee, and these MMIs will be destroyed.
